Gojuchang Sliders with Salt n’ Paprika Shoestring Fries
I made sliders infused with Gojuchang and steak seasoning. Cheese, lettuce, onion and ranch on top. Buttery toasted buns from Paris Baguette. Gojuchang is a traditional Korean pepper paste. Quite spicy!

This is a film I made Junior year at university. I won’t say much more other than I had a great time making it. Enjoy.

Today I had a lovely opportunity to shoot some behind the scenes footage for a new hip hop duo’s first single. Wisecrue (Seoul’s hip-hop foreigners Black Ilumin and Jake Pains) is the name and “Rhyme Q” is the song. While intelligence is measured with IQ, MC’s are measured with Rhyme Q. Catchy, isn’t it? Any ways, it was a good time. Met some great people and I’ll be editing a short viddy for the behind the scenes of the video. Until then, check out the track at http://blackilumin.com/

I try to add a little zing-zang-zoom to my ramen.
Top: Spicy ramen stir fried with onions, hot chili peppers, sesame seeds, onions, SPAM, shrimp and sprouts.
Bottom: Spicy ramen stir fried with onions, mushrooms, sesame seeds and sweet hot chicken chunks (from Restaurant GS Twenty-Five)
Waddya think?
